Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://aquaprotectionandplumbingservices.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Aqua Protection and Plumbing Services markets and arranges Water Line Replacement, Water Heater Repair, Bathroom Plumbing, Kitchen Plumbing, Backflow Testing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Aqua Protection and Plumbing Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Aqua Protection and Plumbing Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Aqua Protection and Plumbing Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Aqua Protection and Plumbing Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Aqua Protection and Plumbing Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of GA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in GA.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
